Shipping

  • Shipping Fee will be added to your order before shipment.
  • Small orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placement using UPS Ground Shipping services (7-10 business days). 
  • Remember, UPS does not count weekends as shipping days.
  • Items shipped to an incorrect address will be charged $15.00 to be rerouted to the correct address. 
  • At this time we can only ship in the United States. 
  • Residents in Alaska and Hawaii can click Shipping Rates for a   quote.  (Provide City, State and Zip Code) Please allow for extra time to receive your shipment.
  • Use a physical mailing address for prompt delivery.  This applies to all orders that are not on backorder and that do not have credit processing issues.
  • No holiday shipments.
  • Shipping Rates are subject to change.
  • Items ordered together are not always shipped together.
  • We do not ship (COD) Cash on Delivery.

Refunds, Credits, Exchanges, Returns

  • Take 10 days to review.
  • Should you have questions/complaints about the product, please notify us within 10 days of the date the order is received.
  • If the product is damaged during shipping, we will gladly grant an exchange.
  • Damaged product must be returned in the original carton and packaging.
  • Please obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning.
  • All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Original form of payment will be returned.
  • Items must be returned in the same packaging sent.
  • Items must be received in their original condition (unused, resalable).

  • Subject to availability, orders will ship within 24-48 hours.
  • Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
  • Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to orders shipped to an Ohio based address. 
  • Fax Order:  Please include Credit Card number, Expiration date, and Signature.

Out of Stock & Back Orders

  • If an item is out of stock, we will call and/or send an email to let you know our expected ship date.
  • If an item is back ordered, we will call and/or send an email to let you know our expected ship date.

Payments

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Network cards, and paper checks.
  • Your check must be imprinted and have current address information.
  • Make checks payable to Interviewing Success Corporation. 
  • Mail checks to 8803 Brecksville Road, Suite: 7-176, Cleveland, Ohio 44141.
  • Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $20.00.
  • Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to orders shipped to an Ohio based address. 
  • The purchaser is responsible for remitting any additional tax to the appropriate tax authority.
  • We do not ship (COD) Cash on Delivery.
  • Please do not send cash.
